Today we made bread maker bread - it was so yummy. What science is involved in making bread?
Bread maker bread recipe.
Add the ingredients in this order:
1 T oil
3 c flour
2 t salt
1 T sugar
3 t dried yeast
1/4 c milk
1 c lukewarm water
Cook on rapid wheat or wheat - enjoy.
We are making bread at home today. I loved fairytale forensics and science alive. I cannot wait until Wednesday afternoon. Sorry that I cannot be at school today. I miss you all. love Ruby.
