Today we were lucky to have some cricketers come to school and coach our class. We had to keep our eyes on the ball, hold our hands like a cup and spread our fingers out. If we could catch the ball 10 times without dropping the ball then we had to throw the ball and see how many times we could clap before we caught the ball. Jamie caught a really high throw that one of the cricketers did.
We had a game of cricket. Some children were in the field and others batted. We all had a turn fielding and batting.
All children received a goody bag - yippee!
