We had a wonderful trip to Ferrymead today. The rain had stopped, the ground dried out and we even saw some sun! The children rotated around 4 activities. 1. Heritage games 2. The school house 3. The bakery 4. Housework. The children all participated in the activities at each place. They had some great questions and answers and really enjoyed themselves. This trip has answered many of the children's questions about the early 1900's and our inquiry topic Change is Good. Thank you to the wonderful parents who came and helped on the trip - you were great!
