Halswell Quarry - Our native Plants
We had a wonderful trip to the Halswell Quarry. Thank you so much to the wonderful parents who provided transport and looked after groups of children. We were lucky to have fantastic council educators and a park ranger to share their knowledge with us.

Halswell Quarry trip reminder
Our class trip to the Halswell Quarry is on Tuesday 27 September. We will leave school at 10.45. Please wear your school uniform. You will need to wear running shoes and bring a sunhat and a jacket. Remember to bring a big lunch and a full water bottle. Thanks.

Concert practise
We had a great time practising for the concert. Our friends from Room 2,3,and 4 came and watched. The children from rooms 2 and 3 did an awesome haka. Miss Moss and Mara sang together - they sounded awesome! Our singing was great and our friends gave us some great feedback. We all loved looking after Kaahuia

Mara TK (with Benny Tones) - On My Way
Miss Moss' partner Mara TK is a famous singer! Here he is singing with his friends in a recording studio in Auckland.
Mara is coming into room 15 next week to sing with Miss Moss and all the children. We are very lucky aren't we!
